Near the rear of the space sits an electric, zero-emission Bellwether roaster. Beyond being eco-friendly, its precise temperature profiling turns out an exceptionally clean cup. The pour-over menu included a Peruvian light roast. It was so good—bright, beautifully nuanced, with subtle floral aromas and a crisp green-apple acidity. It settled into delicate notes of white peach and light honey with a silky, lingering finish. The staff is genuinely warm and welcoming. Whether you’re stopping in to geek out over single-origins or just looking for a picturesque spot to watch the water flow by, Milltown hits every mark.
